A leaderboard that does not become a stick

Standings for the week, the month, the year or all time, built from XP people earned doing real work. Visible enough to be motivating, scoped tightly enough that it never turns into a ranking of who is good at their job.

This week’s board resets Monday.

Anyone can be on it.

Sample standings. Names and totals are illustrative.

Four windows, on purpose

All-time rewards the people who have been here longest, which is why it is not the only view. This week, this month and this year give everyone else a board they can actually get onto.

Earned from real events

Every point on the board traces to something that happened — an exercise submitted, a quest completed, a skill verified — and each one is recorded with its reason.

Fresh every period

Weekly, monthly and yearly boards show who moved since the last period, so one quiet month never buries anyone for good.

See where your teams would stand.
